.01 REAL TIME MONITORING
The device uploads the oven temperature to the server hosted on cloud. Current statistics of temperature values, historical values and temperature graphs can be accessed using Android application.
.02 ENSURING INDUSTRIAL SAFETY
The device has parameter settings such as Alert temperature and cutoff point and sends alerts to authorized operator through SMS and Android application when temperature rises beyond the set value.

Authorized operator can do switching operation and scheduling of job through through device remotely via Android application and SMS using mobile.
SUCCESS STORY
TM Workshop Nasik uses electric ovens for various stages of electric motor winding. They have been working for more than 37 years to rewind electric locomotive motors for Indian Railway. Electric ovens are integral part of process and defines the quality of final product. Celzia being IoT device for real-time monitoring and control, enabled TMW to monitor the real-time oven temperature any time from any location. They could enable the Android App to monitor the temperature on as many mobile devices as desired. Job schedule mechanism via Android App made it easy for operators to schedule the job using their mobile instead of relying on manual problems. Also, power supply to oven is being controlled by Celzia which makes it possible for power station operator to take action in case temperature shoot happen because of electric fault in contractors.
